I like your two methods. I&#039;ve been involved with several start-ups as well as established companies. The incentives for performance are a great idea to keep employees motivated. Incentives also keep them engaged in the success of the company.

I currently work for a business &amp; hr strategies company as well as launching an inforamation exchange technology company with two other partners. If you&#039;re open to it I&#039;d like to buy you a cup of coffee and share ideas.
